The days are shorter, the weather is colder, and come November 18 Old Town Fort Collins is going to see some ice. The Old Town Ice Rink located in the heart of Old Town at Walnut and Linden, is open again for its second season! The Old Town Ice Rink is just one of several enhancements to the downtown atmosphere this holiday season. Bring the kids and let them experience an old fashioned winter event that used to take place in small towns all over America.

Skating Couple

The rink was provided thorough a partnership among the City of Fort Collins, the Downtown Development Authority, and the Downtown Business Association.

A great activity for friends and family alike, last year over 6,000 skaters bundled up and spent some quality time outside in the fresh air on the Old Town Rink. This is a great family experience and combined with a carriage ride can be a very romantic evening.

The cost is $2 to skate and $1 for skate rentals.
Check out the schedule, then hurry down to the Old Town Ice Rink for a great outdoor time.
