Fort Collins Colorado Events

In Fort Collins Colorado the number of events in the city and within a forty five minute drive are mind boggling. Many of the events in Fort Collins are held in the Old Town area of the city. This area can be reached by bicycle from almost anywhere in town in a bike lane or bike path. Fort Collins is very bike friendly. The Fort Collins, Greeley and Loveland area together have more events than any other area in Colorado.

The  Colorado's Brewers Festival is almost twenty years old as an annual event. In is held every year in Old Town Square in downtown Ft Collins. The brewers festival joins a historic center containing dozens of restaurants, entertainment venues and craft breweries.

The Thunder in the Rockies motorcycle rally is held each year in Northern Colorado. It is centered in Loveland Colorado but the entire region has special events and venues for this large area event.. Every year it is held over the Labor Day Holiday Weekend. This Fort Collins event is usually centered in Fort Collins Old Town where there are restaurants brew pubs and entertainment venues. In recent rally's over 100,000 people have shown up and the event is growing every year.

Budweiser Events Center. Located just off I-25 North of the Highway 34 interchange. A new state-of-the-art center is the home of professional sports teams Colorado Ice indoor football and the Colorado Eagles Hockey. The center has a full schedule of attractions. New West Fest The Fort Collins Colorado summer season has be capped of with the New West Fest for over twenty years. It is normally celebrated on the third weekend in August. The location like most festivals in this city is in Old Town Fort Collins and surrounding streets.

Colorado Elk Fest. Every year in nearby Estes park Colorado is the much enjoyed much visited celebration of the return of the elk and the annul elk fest
